EXTRACTED HONEY

All of our honey is from the North Shore of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.  The honey is raw and strained (not filtered) and never heated beyond the temperature found in a bee hive. This processing ensure the honey maintains the enzymatic integrity, pollen, and flavor which customers seek from our products.

We offer honey in a variety of containers and we also offer customized bottling for special occasions.

100% PURE BEESWAX

Bees produce wax to make honey comb and to cap honey cells. When honey is harvested and or honey comb becomes too old it is harvested and processed into beeswax which has a myriad of uses from arts and crafts to candle making to cosmetics to coating tools to lubricate and prevent rust.

Our wax is sold in 1 pound blocks in varying color grades which determine the price.

COMBED HONEY

Cut comb honey is drawn honey comb with the beeswax cappings. They are gaining in popularity as a nutritional source of honey and pollen. Combs are sold in 4 inch by 4 inch cuttings.

Each batch of honey retains the floral essences of the plants from which it was made, but the flavor of wax comb also differs according to what the bees ate and adds a richness to the flavor that extracted honey doesn’t have.

BEE POLLEN

Pollen is consumed by honey bees for protein. We trap a limited amount of pollen and sell in varying quantities by the ounce. Our pollen is never processed meaning it goes from the pollen traps directly into the containers. Pollen should be frozen if it is not going to be consumed within a brief period of time.
